Ad policy

01What viewers see

A viewer who opens a Drisvani link sees at most two ads: one short pre-roll before the video, and one ad inside the player that they can close.

The pre-roll counts down on screen and can be skipped. If it doesn't load within 3 seconds, the video starts anyway — a slow ad never holds a viewer back.

Viewers don't need an app, an account or a sign-up to watch.

02What we never allow

These are not guidelines. No ad on Drisvani may:

• Open a popunder, a new tab or a new window
• Redirect the viewer to another page or site
• Show a fake virus alert, system warning or error
• Prompt an app install, an APK or any download
• Play audio on its own
• Hide or disguise its close button, or turn a "close" tap into a click
• Run hidden scripts such as crypto-miners

03Categories we block

Ads reach us through advertising networks, filtered by a category blocklist. We keep ads mainstream and family-safe. We block:

• Gambling and casino
• Adult content
• Malware and deceptive software
• Download or install prompts

04How it's enforced

In code, not just in this document. Every ad runs inside a locked sandbox that cannot open windows, redirect the page or start a download — even if an advertiser tries.

The category blocklist is applied before an ad is shown, and the 3-second fallback keeps playback moving if an ad fails.

05Why we're strict

Scary popups teach viewers that a channel's links aren't safe. They stop clicking, and the channel stops growing. Your audience is your asset; this policy exists to protect it.

06Report an ad

If you see an ad that breaks this policy, email grievance@drisvani.in with the link and what you saw. We acknowledge every report within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.

07Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the version and date at the top of this page change with it.
