01About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Drisvani. They apply when you use Drisvani to host and share videos — once Drisvani opens to you. Joining the early-access list doesn't create an account or bind you to anything.
To use Drisvani you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
02What Drisvani does
Drisvani hosts the videos you send to our Telegram bot, gives you a link to share, and pays you a share of what each verified view earns. Viewers watch in their browser, with no app or account.
Drisvani hosts videos only — not apps, documents or other files. We don't list, search or promote your videos anywhere: a video is reachable only through the link you share.
We act as an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
03Your account
Your Telegram identity is your account; you can also sign in to your dashboard with Google or email. Keep your sign-in methods secure — you're responsible for what happens under your account.
04Your content
You keep every right you have in your videos. By sharing a video through Drisvani, you let us store it, stream it to people who open your link, and show ads around it as our ad policy describes — only to run the service, and only for as long as the video is on Drisvani.
You may only share videos you have the right to share. You may not share:
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights
- Child sexual abuse material — it is blocked, the account is banned, and it is reported
- Anything else that is unlawful in India
05Takedowns and repeat infringers
When we receive a valid takedown notice, we disable the content within 36 hours. An account that receives three valid notices is closed.

06Views and earnings
A view counts after 8 seconds of real playback. Each viewer counts once per video in 24 hours, and bot or datacenter traffic doesn't count. Views that don't count earn nothing and still appear in your record, with the reason.
You receive a share of the revenue each counted view earns: 80% for the first 100 creators during their first 12 months, and 70% for everyone else, including founding creators after 12 months. Our fee — 20% and 30% — is published and will never be raised.
Earnings per view depend on ad demand and aren't guaranteed. Every view and what it earned is in your per-view record, which you can export.
07Payouts
You can withdraw to your UPI ID once your balance is ₹200 or more.
Before your first withdrawal we verify your identity (PAN and UPI). You never need this to create links — only to be paid.
If a payout fails, the amount returns to your balance.
08Ads
We show ads to viewers according to our ad policy (/ad-policy): at most one pre-roll and one ad the viewer can close, with no popups, redirects or downloads.
09Ending the agreement
You can stop using Drisvani at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — for example after three valid takedown notices, or for abuse material. Any remaining balance is settled after review.
10Liability
We work to keep Drisvani available and your record accurate, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or of any particular level of earnings. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian law that can't be limited.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
12Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the version and date at the top of this page change with it. Our platform fee is the exception: it will never be raised.
