01Submit a notice
Fill in every field. When you press send, your email app opens with the notice written out, addressed to our Grievance Officer — review it and send.
02What a notice needs
We can act fastest when a notice includes:
- Your name and a way to contact you
- The link to each video on Drisvani you're reporting
- What your original work is, and where it can be found
- Whether you own the rights or act for the owner
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised, and that your notice is accurate
- Your signature — typing your full name is enough
03What happens next
We acknowledge your notice within 24 hours. If it is valid, the content is disabled within 36 hours, and every notice is resolved within 15 days.
We keep a record of each takedown for 180 days.
04Repeat infringers
An account that receives three valid takedown notices is closed. Any balance is settled as set out in our Terms.
05Child sexual abuse material
Zero tolerance. Uploads are checked automatically against known abuse material; a match is blocked at once, the account is banned, and it is reported to the authorities. Report anything you see to the Grievance Officer immediately.
06If your video was removed by mistake
Email grievance@drisvani.in with the link to the video and why you believe the removal was wrong. We'll review it and reply.
07Grievance Officer
Drisvani is an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and follows the due-diligence rules of the IT Rules, 2021.
